We run a CrossFit programme that is accessible to everyone – all the exercises are scalable, so anyone can do them.

We have 2 locations in Manchester, T1 in Castlefield and T2 in Media City. We have a great team of coaches – to do just that, coach and help you.

Classes vary in content day by day, with the focus being on the workouts known as ‘WODS’ or ‘workout of the day’ which combine elements of cardio, weight lifting, gymnastics, core training and more to give you a well-rounded session. This variety means you never get bored, and it also means you get to work on your weaknesses as well as your strengths.
